Store Policies
PAYMENT: Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We do accept cashier checks and money orders. We do not accept personal checks. We do not encourage sending cash payments in the mail and cannot be held responsible for loss of cash in the postal system.
SHIPPING: We ship orders to U.S. addresses daily, Monday through Saturday, via priority mail with delivery confirmation tracking. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Express Mail is offered as an alternative and usually is next day or second day delivery. We ship orders to APO/FPO and international addresses Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Express Mail is service is not available to APO/FPO addresses. Our aim is to get your shipment moving within 1 or 2 business days of receiving payment.
INSURANCE: Goods belong to the buyer when purchased. We assume no responsibility for loss or damage after we tender to the carrier. We are happy to insure your merchandise when it is shipped provided you opt to buy it when you place your order.
RETURNS: Art's Militaria offers the following Returns Policy: we will accept returns for refund up to 30 days from the day we ship them. Goods must be returned in the same condition as shipped and in the original packaging. Insure the return; if it is lost or damaged in transit there will be no refund. Refunds include the cost of goods excluding shipping and handling charges.
